Welcome to our charming home in New Paltz, NY! Located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, this house is the perfect place to escape and unwind.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting living room, complete with comfortable seating and a fireplace for those chilly evenings. The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes.

There are four bedrooms in the house, each with its own unique style and decor. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

Outside, you'll find a spacious deck with plenty of seating a 6 person Hot-tub and a grill , perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. The backyard is a peaceful oasis and plenty of room to relax and unwind. We've recently added a gently lit, private trail down to the river’s edge. This new path winds through the trees and leads to a peaceful clearing where guests can sit on hand-built wooden benches and take in the sights and sounds of the river. Whether you're sipping tea in the morning sun or enjoying a starlit moment by the water, this quiet riverside nook has become one of our most beloved additions.

Located just a short drive from the charming town of New Paltz, this house is the perfect home base for exploring the area's many attractions. Take a hike in the nearby Mohonk Preserve, Minnewaska Park or visit the historic Huguenot Street, or sample local wines at one of the many wineries in the region.

The house has keyless entry locks so I do not have to be there to let you in. However, I am available via airbnb messenger and/or phone

We live in quiet neighborhood near Ulster County Fairgrounds and Ulster county Pool Complex.

Ulster County Fairgrounds:
We are within walking distance to Ulster County Fairgrounds which makes it a perfect spot to explore Fairgrounds' events.

Pool:
We have public pool within walking distance to our house. You can find info about it online. Its called Ulster County Pool Complex.

You need a car to get to our place. There is a bus (Trailways of New York) that departs from Penn Station in NYC and arrives to New Paltz. In New Paltz you can hire a taxi or uber to get to our place which is about 5-10 mins drive from the station.

Water quality
Water in our area is known to have a lot of minerals due to rock formations (Shawangunks mountains). We do have a private well and fully functional water treatment system which is maintained by professional water service company. Water is safe to drink and quality is checked periodically. Said that water can smell like minerals including Sulphur. It is absolutely safe and we used to this feature of the local water long time ago.

Wildlife and insects
We live in the country surrounded by a lot of forest. Wildlife is present. This might include beavers, racoons, snakes, bears and insects. We do have screens on the windows and doors but insects will still be entering the space no matter how much we want to keep them out.
